Hoda Assadian currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations for the North Coast Network at Adventist Health, a role she has held since August 2022. In this capacity, she oversees operational and strategic leadership across a network of six Northern California hospitals, encompassing 350 beds and generating $900 million in net patient revenue. Under her guidance, the network has achieved remarkable strides in patient experience, safety performance, and market share expansion. Her innovative strategies in service expansion, digital interface enhancement for patient access, and implementation of daily management systems have led to significant improvements in operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient care quality.

Previous Experience

Before her current role, Hoda’s career at Adventist Health spanned various leadership positions, each marked by transformative achievements. As the Vice President of Operations at Adventist Health St. Helena, she led strategic planning and daily operations, contributing to the hospital’s CMS 5-Star rating and Leapfrog A designation. Her tenure also included roles as Regional Director of Performance Excellence and Director of Performance Excellence, where she was instrumental in driving process improvement projects and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple facilities. Her leadership in performance improvement initiatives and strategic planning at Adventist Health contributed to substantial financial savings, quality care improvements, and operational excellence.

Education

Hoda Assadian holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering focusing on Healthcare Management from the University of Southern California.
