Join Women in Health Administration of Southern California (WHA), Women Health Care Executives (WHCE), and Women in Healthcare Greater Los Angeles Chapter, (WIH) on International Women’s Day as we hear about the impact of the pandemic on women in their personal and professional lives from Dr Terri Cooper, Vice Chair External Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) at Deloitte.

Between November 2020 and March 2021, Deloitte conducted a survey of 5,000 women in 10 countries to understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on women’s personal and professional lives. The survey also aimed to understand the state of gender equality in the workplace from an intersectional lens and the types of actions that employers are taking to support, retain, and empower women within their organizations. Dr Terri Cooper will share with us the insights gained from the survey and what we can all do to take action.
