Paul Torrens Health Forum: Tipping the Scales on Social Justice and Health Equity: A special Public Health Week session honoring Professor Ruth Roemer

You are invited to join a discussion moderated by Professor Chandra Ford, Director of the Center for the Study of Racism, Social Justice & Health, to hear about innovative models and ideas to promote health equity and social justice that are being implemented in Los Angeles and elsewhere in the country. In this session, we will also remember the pioneering social justice legacy of the late Fielding School professor Ruth Roemer, who used the law to improve public health and advance health equity.
