Monica Massaro is the Manager of Government Relations & Public Policy at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C.. Ms. Massaro represents various health care clients at the legislative and executive branches of the federal government. Previously working for a health care provider trade association, she led congressional issues related to Medicare payment reform including the passage of the Medicare Access & CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA).
Charles B. Oppenheim is Chair of the Corporate Department at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C., and is a nationally-recognized expert on the Stark Law, having written the 2014 AHLA Monograph on the Stark Law (fifth edition). His practice includes transactional, operational and regulatory healthcare law, including acquisitions, joint ventures and integrated delivery systems.
