Please join Women in Health Administration on September 29th for a panel discussion – End of Life Options: A Continuum of Care Conversation. Each of our three speakers shares a unique point of view and will discuss several topics including: current end of life care options, future options and lessons learned from other state programs. The panel will be moderated by Jan Frates, Ph.D. who will lead this valuable discussion.

• C. Ronald Koons, MD, FACP, Clinical Professor of Medicine (Ethics) at University of California, Irvine

• Vincent D. Nguyen, MD, Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Specialist with Board Certifications in Geriatrics and Family Medicine, , Co-chair of the Orange County POLST Coalition


• Jan Frates, PhD, MSW, LCSW (panel moderator), Professor Emeritus, Health Care Administration Department at California State University Long Beach

Dinner will be from 6:00PM – 6:30PM followed by a panel from 6:30PM – 7:30PM. Parking will be at the visitor parking site and validated by WHA for two hours.
