Current Employment

Erin Quinn currently serves the University of California as the Director for Safety, Emergency Preparedness, & Building Operations at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Her role is designed to navigate service distribution to the academic mission areas of DGSOM from the university campus, the health system, and the University of California as a whole.

Previous Experience

Before relocating to Los Angeles in 2014, Erin worked at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, where she occupied a mixed clinical and administrative role in the department of Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine. She has over thirteen total years of experience in academic medical centers on both coasts.

Education

Erin’s Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management is from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Erin also has a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Philosophy from the University of Scranton.

WHA Participation

Erin joined Women in Health Administration in 2020 and is thrilled to join in 2023 as Sponsorship Chair.
